This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

Personal Data

Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name, phone number and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to the Application, such as account creation, account login, transaction initiation , payment services, payment requests, lodging support requests and responding to customer support inquiries. If you choose to share data about yourself via the signup page, login page or account management page and other interactive areas of the Application the data will not be publically available or disclosed but will instead be used to enable Us to complete payments and transactions requests

Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, including login, transaction initiation, payment requests and support requests

Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number( card brand, expiration date), Mobile money phone number/User ID, Mobile bank payments user ID/Account number) that we may collect when you signup for an account, initiate a transaction, receive payments , attach an account, purchase items and apply for a virtual card. We store the financial information required for the continous functioning of the service within PCI-DSS Compliant account storage and processing standards

Facebook Permissions

The Application may by default access your Facebook basic account information, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as business manager inforamtion, WhatsApp Business Account information , Billing permissions and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION:

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to

  • Creating Secure accounts to enable you to login and access App features
  • Creating a Virtual Debit account
  • Verify that you have access to the submitted phone number and email by sending one time verification messages
  • Enabling us to deduct transaction funds from your payments accounts
  • Powering financial transfer services through the application
  • Evaluate transaction limits
  • Enabling you to login to the App using your Facebook account
  • Enabling you to sell and receive payments through your whatsapp business account
  • We may collect personal information about you because the law requires us to do so.For example, the law requires us to collect personal information about you to:identify you under the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering (POCAML) Regulations before we open an financila services account for you .
